Konnexu Services

Konnexu offers various optional services to help make your experience in building your community as easy and full-featured as we can. As such, we provide the following services, which will be growing as Konnexu grows.

• Business Email - This services provides you with the opportunity to have your Email(s) from your own domain. Available for free in all paid plans, with the ability to purchase higher tier Email plans with more Email addresses and higher sending limits.
• Newsletter - This service provides a newsletter feature so that you can send newsletters to your website members, or anyone that subscribes to your newsletter. Available on all plans, with options to purchase plans with higher sending limits.
• SMTP - This service provides you with SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) for outgoing website Emails such as notifications, private message notifications, password resets and other website outgoing Emails. The sending rate is higher than the free SMTP service that comes with all plans. This setting is only available on upper tier plans.
