Photo Settings

To manage photo settings, click the "Settings" tab. You'll see the following settings:

Pagination Style

This sets how the photo browse page is set up to view more photos.

• Scroll down to load more items
• Use Next and Previous buttons
• Use Pagination with page number

Allow Selection of Categories

Enable this setting to give users the option to select categories when uploading photos.

Allow posting on Main Feed

This toggle sets whether the photos will post to the main activity feed or not.

Category is required

If you want members to have to select a category when uploading photos, enable this setting.

User Group Settings

To manage user group settings, click the User Group Settings tab. You'll see a drop-down menu to select each user group and the settings for them. Note that not all user groups can use all settings. For example, user groups that can't log in cannot comment or do any actions that require log in. As most of the settings are self-explanatory, we will go over some that may need more explanation. However, should you need more help, please feel free to contact us.

Maximum number of photos

Set this to how many photos you want this member level able to upload. Set this to 0 to allow unlimited uploads.

Maximum number of images per upload

This setting controls how many photos a user can upload each time they want to upload. It is best to keep this under 20 to avoid browser or device issues.

Maximum number of photo albums

Set this to how many photo albums you want this member level able to create. Set this to 0 to allow unlimited albums.

Maximum file size of photo uploaded (KB)?

Maximum file size of each photo uploaded in kilobytes (kb). (1024 kb = 1 mb) For unlimited add "0" without quotes.

Professional Photographer Settings ¹ {Coming Soon}

Enabling the Photographer setting will create a new Photographer member level. This level has special permissions. You can choose to allow other member levels to use these settings as well.
