Notification App - Konnexu Community Builder

The notification app provides a way for your members to stay up to date on messages, and content they post or subscribe to. Keep people coming back to your site and active.

Notification Settings

Click the "Settings" tab. You'll see the following settings:

Site Wide Notification

If enabled users will be notified when a new request or notification is available.

Notification Title Length

When users receive a notification certain items include a title. This setting controls the length of the title.

User Group Settings

Disable email notifications

This allows you to disabled emailed notifications per user group. This helps you reduce the amount of mail going out of your site and can help protect your sending reputation in case of bounces to spam users. For example, you could disable emailed notifications to your default user group in case spammers do join your community.
