Business Email Acceptable Use Policy

Overview
Konnexu Business Email provides professional email hosting for individuals, businesses, and organizations using their own domain names. This policy helps maintain a secure and reliable service for everyone.
This policy supplements the Bello Dynamic Terms of Use and any applicable service agreements. In the event of a conflict, the applicable agreement governs unless it expressly provides otherwise.
Acceptable Use
Business Email is intended for legitimate personal, professional, and business correspondence. You may not use it to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or unauthorized mass marketing campaigns.
- Distribute malware, phishing messages, fraudulent communications, or unlawful content.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent sender identities.
- Harass or threaten others, or infringe their rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, networks, or servers.
- Disrupt email delivery, network security, or service performance.
Business Email is not designed for bulk newsletters or mass marketing. For those activities, use a suitable bulk-email service such as Konnexu Newsletter.
Sending Limits and Delivery
We may apply reasonable sending, mailbox storage, attachment, and other technical limits to protect the service. Email delivery depends in part on recipient servers, spam filters, domain reputation, and internet conditions; successful delivery or inbox placement is not guaranteed.
Customers should maintain appropriate email authentication records, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC where applicable.
Account Security
You are responsible for using strong, unique passwords; protecting login credentials; managing authorized users; and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. We may temporarily restrict compromised accounts to protect customers and infrastructure.
Storage and Backups
Please keep independent copies of important messages, attachments, and business records. Operational backups, if available, may not support restoration of individual deleted messages. Individual message recovery is not guaranteed unless expressly included in your plan.
Separate Subscription and Cancellation
The free one year of Konnexu Business Email is separately billed (after the free 1 year term), and may continue independently of a Konnexu community subscription. Canceling your Konnexu community subscription does not automatically cancel the special Business Email received during the promotion.
To discontinue the special promotional Business Email, you must cancel that service separately through the available account or support process. Billing, cancellation effective dates, and any applicable notice requirements are governed by your service agreement.
Abuse, Restrictions, and Suspension
We may restrict sending, suspend access, or terminate service when reasonably necessary to address spam, security threats, unlawful activity, nonpayment, or violations of applicable policies. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue; urgent threats may require immediate action.
